You’ll speak to me first.

My role is to support our clients as a first point of contact, so you’ll probably speak to me a lot.

I’m also a key support for the team, so they can provide support to you throughout the year.

This means keeping the back office organised is my domain. I make sure that information is exactly where it should be.

Why is why I’ll be helping you get prepared for your quarterly meetings, audits and any other important licensee meetings.

Having the right paperwork, or knowing where to access it, will always make sure things go smoothly and stress-free.

I’ll also be available to help you with our portal or get a time in the diary with the team if needed.

Impressive credentials

I like to think I have quite a few impressive credentials, but these are the most important to you:

  • I have a Business Diploma
  • Having worked in financial services since I was 16 (over 15 years), is where my real experience and knowledge lies
  • My skills lie in being a stickler for organisation and keeping people inline
  • I'm actually the organiser in the office and make sure that we keep the complicated, uncomplicated

A bit of balance

I have been described as a 'corporate hippy', so when I'm not keeping everyone in line at the office, you can find me:

  • Spending time in my veggie gardening, buying organic produce and researching a sustainable and minimalistic lifestyle
  • Spending time at the park with my daughter as Chief Swing Pusher
  • Cooking – Gluten-Free cooking in the Thermie is my thing
  • Enjoying pilates, yoga, reading and get out into nature with friends

What you don't know

There are some interesting facts you are unlikely to know about me.

  • I was a Contemporary dancer as a kid - my whole family are ballroom/salsa dancers, 3 in the USA
  • Participated in a state Japanese speaking competition in primary school - and won!
  • I used to work with corporate sponsorships and run events with Olympians and athletes - got to sing karaoke with some of the Gold Coast Titans
